Annapurna Panorama Trek

Annapurna Panorama trek starts after one hour of drive from Pokhara and ascends through the hill villages after crossing the suspension bridge at Modi Khola river. View from Poon Hill is a reward in itself. we will not imagine the magnificence view of the sunrise that we will witness from here, which illuminates the peaks of the entire range, leaving us spellbound. The added presence of rice terraces makes it a photographer ecstasy.The terrain varies from subtropical valleys of banana trees and rice paddies to high ridges covered in rhododendron forest. This supports an abundant array of bird life. Along the way you will see many ethnic mixes, such as Brahmin, Magar and Gurung. We then walk past several waterfalls, streams and dense forests before reaching Ghorepani. Next morning we climb the famous Poon hill to watch the first grand Himalayan panorama. We further trek to Tadapani, great mountain viewpoint in the mid of a beautiful forest ridge & reach the Gurung village of Ghandruk and best view point of trekking in Nepal in Annapurna region.


This trek is a wonderful opportunity to witness the beauty of the Annapurna region with a shorter trek. A change of pace will find you high a top and an elephant in the Chitwan National Park, as you use many rolls of film capturing the jungle rich of wild life including Rhino and Tigers. During your this trek, we will enjoy spectacular mountain scenery through charming villages inhabited by the Gurungs, dense rhododendron forests full of birds, deep subtropical valleys and beautiful landscape. You also have free time to explore Kathmandu for bargain shopping and sightseeing-on your own. The relatively gentle trials (maximum elevation 3210m.) lead you back to Pokhara and fond farewell from your trekking crew. You will observe the Annapuran South, Himchuli and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) mountains very close from the Chhomrong. A drive to Trishuli River places you in the expert hands of our rafting guide, who will lead you through one day of Himalayan white water fun. Trip start just north of the Pokhara city & winds through the Poon Hill area & then passes. In the last stretch of the trek we pass through Landruk and Pothana finally trek end in Phedi.


Annapurna Panorama trek itinerary

Day 01:- Kathmandu to Pokhara (820m.) by tourist bus 7-8 / private vehicle 5 hours drive & air 25 minute and overnight hotel.

Day 02:- Car / van one hours drive / by local bus two hours drive to Nayapul and same day trek to Tikhedhunga (1540m.) it takes 4 hours walk and overnight hote.

Day 03:- Trek to Ghorepani (2850m.) 6 hours walk and overnight hotel.

Day 04:- Earli morning climb up to Poon Hill for sunrise, 180 degree annapurna view, back to hotel take breakfast and continue to Tadapani (2590m.) 6 hours walk overnight hotel.

Day 05:- Trek to Jhinu (1780m.) where you get hot spring, relax, 5 hours walk overnight hotel.


Day 06:- Rest day in Jhinu, enjoy with hot srping. 40 minute walk down from hotel close to river and hot spring is in side of river and river it call Modi Khola, overnight hotel

Day 07:- Trek to Deurali (2000m.) 6 hours walk overnight hotel.

 

Day 08:- Trek to Dhampus Phedi (1130m.) car or van drive to Pokhara 5 hours overnight hotel.

 

Day 09:- Pokhara to Kathmandu by tourist bus 7-8 / private drive 5 hours drive and air 25 minute and overnight hotel.
